Does adult Naruto (at the start of Boruto) have more chakra than the juubi (the war arc one made by Obito)

Hello everyone, I've had this question in my mind since i read the manga where Momo stated that a massive amount of chakra was distorting the gravity of earth by making it's curvature bigger and later it's revealed that it was Narutos chakra after they fought B, what do you guys think, is it really just Naruto or it's also everything else on earth?
