It’s good to get things off our chest, get honest, and get encouragement.

But the Basic Text of Narcotics Anonymous will help any addict understand the disease of addiction and help attract any addict seeking help to the fact that recovery is possible.

An addict - any addict - can stop using, lose the desire to lose, and find a new way to live.

It happens in that order.
