I need help

So I just relapsed about 2 weeks ago after being clean for 4 and a 1/2 months. My mental health has gotten bad very fast since it happened. I’m stuck in my head and I’ve been doing absolutely nothing since i began using again and I felt like I literally cannot get myself to do anything productive. I am staying at my parents right now in between jobs and my life is a shit show and I don’t know what to do about it. It all seems to hard. Any advice on where I should begin to get back on my feet?
