I FINALLY received the the denial of the appeal to the initial denial of prior authorization from my insurance. I can now move forward with the Xyrem Patient Assistance Program. But I cannot find any helpful external resources or information on the content of the application, let alone what would be ‘desirable’ on the application...
How ‘accurate’ does this PAP application have to be? I don’t want to be too fourth coming about my mother’s income because I’m actively trying to untangle and separate my finances from hers, and ‘technically’ I don’t even live with her.
I know I’ll have to provide income and household info, but that stuff is soooo tricky and not straight forward when you’re in your late teens/ early twenties, and living in both my mother’s and father’s basements recently, working part time, and dealing with with a shit ton of medical problems and medical bills (that i am unable to pay entirely by myself.)
No idea who to ask or where to go with these questions tbh. Sorry if I’m not quite in the right place...
