I have posted a few times over my slow work up for narcolepsy. Having all of the genetic markers, cataplexy and other symptoms, it is just a matter of time until I get to see my sleep MD.
That said, I got an Apple Watch for Christmas and using the pillow app, I have been tracking my sleep. Yes, I know that the watches/sleep apps are not super accurate, but for the last week, I have averaged >55% REM sleep - no wonder I feel like garbage every day!
