Hey there,
I've been getting closer to a person with narcolepsy, and slowly grasping the extent to which the condition is making them feel stuck and hopeless.
I want to clarify that I am not under the delusion that I could resolve this chronic health issue for them. That said, developing caring feelings has me scouring the internet for ways to show up tor them in the most helpful way that I could.
In your experience, then, is there anything that people in your immediate social network can do in order to support you palpably, or at least instill you with some hope, when it comes to your narcolepsy?
Thank you very much for your insights.
