I had a polysomnography leading into my MSLT, which had three abnormal REM episodes. Apparently the night before I got just one less hour of sleep then needed to make the test valid and secure a diagnosis for narcolepsy. I’m so tired of living like this, not having answers and having my life stolen from me as I can’t get out of bed. I have to do a repeat, but that could take months to arrive. I feel like giving up. I wish I just slept one more hour, but my bladder was acting up that night due to another chronic illness I have. I feel so hopeless.
