I left my covert narcissistic friend in December. But since i blocked her on every account she is trying to contact me, and today she decided to text my close friend and said i blocked her out of nowhere and that she was so hurt. My close friend isn’t going to take me back to her, cause she knows that I’m scared she saw how she treated me, and I really am I’m to scared that it just makes me cry and it just gives me panic attacks cause i have a feeling that i know what she will do when i come back. And i just want to have peace i just want to rest without no stress. I have a struggle that everyday of being scared that she will just contact me wherever she can to kinda get me. I even have nightmares. How do i deal with this?
