Does anyone else feel physically sick when passing through the same town as your ex narc or by their house? Is that normal?

I have to pass by my ex narc’s neighborhood to see family around the area, after standing up to my ex narc about a week ago, and being yelled at and threatened to never come back after trying to talk to them kindly (my first and only time ever confronting them).

Even if I see them now as a predator and have learned things about them, which makes me never want to see them again or go back to them, let alone the rage during the confronting I’ve never seen before, is it still natural to feel physically sick, and want to throw up knowing you’re around their vicinity?
