I have been in an 18 year on and off relationship with a NARC. It wasn't until this last round that I discovered NPD. When I first started reading about it, the traits and how they behave and treat others, it described her 100%. I want to write a longer post about my experience with her and I will later. I have a specific question for now.

A decade ago, after I had been discarded, and she moved on to her new supply she would call me when they got into a fight. I would tell her how great she was and how much I loved her. She would say she loved me blah blah and that we were going to work on getting back together. After those phone calls within the next couple of days she would tell me that her BF showed her mean emails that supposedly I had sent to him, she would then tell me how horrible I was and how she wanted nothing to do with me. Then came the silent treatment until the next fight. That happened 7/8 times, I assumed at the time that he was sending himself the emails and blaming it on me to make me look bad and turn her against me.

Fastforward to today, I have just been discarded recently. A female friend of hers, who is a supply but not romantic, who she uses and pushes away. This female friend called me asking me to stop texting her. I had never texted this lady and asked to see the text. She sent me some screen shots and yes the person sending them was pretending to be me. As this friend of hers also suffers from some mental health issues my first though was the friend was sending them to herself. Then it hit me what are the chances that two people connected to my NARC were doing the same thing. I am now thinking both instances it is my NARC doing it.

Do y'all think that is the case? Have y'all ever delt with something like that?
