Post Body

Hi everyone am spiraling after leaving due to 20 years of manipulation by husband and my mom my whole life. I am 4 years no contact with my mom. Anyways I just found out about stonewalling and realized he did it to me most of the marriage. I am so angry. Can you give me examples of stonewalling and why it’s so hurtful please. I am grateful for this community.
