I find at times I get so angry because I allowed someone to treat me that badly and for the fact that he doesn't think he did anything wrong and can go on in life thinking he did everything to be a good partner when he was cold , dismissive, verbal, emotional abusive , lying, gaslighting, silent treatments , couldn't apologized or take accountability on anything and doesnt have any empathy.

All I do is think why someone would treat anyone like that and til this day it makes me a little scared that I will fall for another narcissists.

I don't have romantic feelings, I just feel sad and angry at times when I think about it .

I get so reluctant to date another person with mental health issues. He was depressed /trauma issues from being abused which everything he experienced he took it out on me verbally.

Do all narcissists suffer from mental health or just really lack empathy? He was slightly on the spectrum is that pretty common with narcissist?
