Post Body

So I met my narc literally at my front door.. he was in pest control and my grandma made a call to have someone come out. He was that someone unfortunately. We talked for hours before he left to finish his route and I was sucked in from that day forward.

I remember he would always give me ā€œgiftsā€ that looked like they previously belonged to someone. Come to fine out he was stealing out of his customers houses while he was supposed to be doing inspections. Iā€™m talking watches, designer sun glasses, air pods, jewelry, gift cards (came out of a dead manā€™s apartment) whatever he could grab. When I found out it was all stolen I flipped. Iā€™d explained to him in the beginning of the relationship that growing up I had to steal food and school supplies at 12 years old because my mom had a drug problem but I still had to make sure my brother was fed. So basically stealing is a trigger and is just plain wrong to do it for fun or ā€œjust becauseā€

I would get really mad anytime he offered me someoneā€™s stoles goods, I was called ungrateful for not graciously accepting his stolen merchandise. I wanted no parts of it especially since I asked him to stop and was always met with a twisted justification for why it was okay.

Like how are you just okay with stealing from people, out of their homes while you are in uniform supposed to be working. With their full trust! Ughhh
