Got a restraining order and a PPO, STBX opposed it and appealed it of course. The judge upheld the order until the temporary orders hearing.
Due to the evidence of his unstable behavior, mistreatment of the children, documented drug use, and mental health issues the judge granted me primary conservatorship (custody), and he gets one weekend a month from noon to 6 pm SUPERVISED.
Once again, he is appealing the order and we're scheduled for a de novo hearing. Do temporary orders ever get reversed at these? My main concern is that he's going to attempt to fabricate evidence against me this time around since he knows that the nonsense he tried last time didn't work.
