PS5 - My issues

Almost every time I hit one of the d-pads (healing, swapping weapons) nothing happens. I really wish there was an option to set how long pushing the button constitutes it being a tap or a hold. That and it feels like the PS5 version is missing some features…at least from what I’ve looked into.
