Nanoleaf Essentials A19 - can't do a warm/orange white without dimming?

Post Body

I've previously had nothing but hue bulbs, decided to try out Nanoleaf with the A19 essentials.

In my office I use a warm orange/white light, and I can get this tone with a Hue color bulb or with just the White Ambience bulb, no problem. It's probably around 2300k.

What I notice with the Nanoleaf A19 is it will do warm white to a point (akin to "soft white" standard bulb), but going below 2600k, the bulb just dims instead of going to a warmer tone. I notice even if setting to color instead of temperature, going to orange just seems to dim the bulb.

Is this expected and normal? Are these just limited in their white light range compared to Hue bulbs? Or is there some setting I'm missing? I've poked around in the Nanoleaf app and in Homekit but I'm coming up empty on this.
