Help. Nanoleaf 4D

Hello all.
Any help would be appreciated. Been trying to get the Nanoleaf 4D to work properly. Last three days I have rebooted it 100 times, had it go off line randomly 40 times and have not had any colour matching at all on the 4D mode. Only thing that seems to sometimes work before randomly going off line is the 1D mode and the scene mode. Thoughts, tips, trick? Pretty close to giving in..
