Nanoleaf 4D is a nightmare…

Howdy all. I was recently gifted a Nanoleaf 4D and it’s pure garbage. The colors don’t match, the lights flicker in 4D mode and support is terrible. I’ve tried reaching out to get my firmware upgraded but I keep getting the basic troubleshooting email loop. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing these issues or should I try to return and trash Nanoleaf?
