Worst Customer Support Ever

I got several Nanoleaf Matter bulbs a few weeks ago and tried to install them with Matter and ran in to issues trying to connect it to Google Home. Contacted them via email (Apparently their only support line), and they responded with boilerplate tech resolutions and when I did all of it and said it didn't work they said "We will get with our management team and get back to you tomorrow!" That was two weeks ago. I've sent two follow up emails asking about a week apart and still no response. My return deadline is coming up and I feel completely betrayed. If you're thinking about buying Nanoleaf, be wary! The devices seem to work great! When they work. And if you need help, you're on your own.
