I love my nanny. She takes great care of my child. However, I have a difficult time extricating myself from long chats. I don’t want to cut her off, but I also have to be able to get my work done. What do you all do?

Agreed. As a chatty nanny with a chatty MB, it’s been helpful when she gives me cues to shut up lmao. We have developed a rhythm now four years in.
