Just started a new nanny gig. They have a 2.5 and 10 year old. For the 2.5 year old they have a "plan board" that is Velcro and has laminated pictures with tasks and possibilities. This is the coolest tool I have been introduced to. If you are interested in hearing more please reach out. ☺️
