Horrible periods?

Do any other nanny’s get horrible period cramps? It’s so hard to work when I feel this way! They’re super intense and make me super nauseous too. It is so difficult to be my normal cheery self when I’m in so much pain. I always take medicine and try to have some on me but that often doesn’t do the trick and I just wanna get in child’s pose with a heating pad but I can’t.
