They're putting NK in preschool full time
Post Body

It was dropped on me so casually that it took me a bit to realize what was happening. They want to keep me at a very part time basis(12hrs a week) which is down from my 20 hours a week and I just can't afford that. I have to find another family to work for in the mornings now and that sucks.

I'd be on this schedule until MB is off her maternity leave which would be like 8 months from now. My spouse and I are trying to save up to have our own kiddo so this couldn't come at a worse time.

I'm trying to see if it's worth it to stay with this family considering if I had more availability I could work for another family easier. I do truly love NK but maybe it's time to move on. What would you do in this situation?

Edit: Thank you to everyone who's commented! I've made my decision that once NK gets the full time spot in preschool I will be moving on to another family. I really appreciate everyone's perspective.
