It’s my last week with NF. They have changed my schedule with basically no notice three times. I’m in training at my new job when I’m done here so I’m working 10-11 hour days. NP didn’t bother to tell me one kid wasn’t even here on Monday. They are supposed to go on a date night tonight, but DB messed up the reservations, so they asked me to swap for another night. Nope, can’t do it, already blocked off tonight.

Then this morning MB told me F10 was having a friend spend the night tonight. Great. Her friend is absolutely terrible. She and F10 feed off each other and they are trying to lure F4 upstairs to scare her. They want to see an R rated movie. They demanded I drive them to Dairy Queen. They demanded I drive them “around town” to see what there is to do. I told them no to all three.

MB’s solution is for me to take them to an indoor trampoline park. Yeah, great. I get to drive them, spend time in traffic, and deal with the two of them demanding money and more time and sugary snacks. All while F4 tries to keep up with them.

I’m already setting the expectations that I will not carry their money or stuff and when they spend their $, that’s it. But I know it’s going to go badly and there will be whining.

My plan is to get done, go home and drink. Rock on. Pray for me.
