Hi, I am a first time nanny for a 2 year old boy and I am feeling pretty lost. No one I know or in my family has been a nanny before so I am all on my own. The family that I am working for has been great so far but we have not discussed my contract yet and I am wondering what I should be asking for. How much vacation time and if they plan on taking me with them on a vacation what should I charge? They have already told me they want to travel a lot and take me so keep that in mind. Are there any nanny’s out there who can help me out with how I would discuss my contract with this family??
