My two new NK’s (6F and 2F) don’t engage in any independent play, and I’m starting to feel the burnout because of it. They don’t have any screen-time when I’m with them, so I’m engaged with them all day with no downtime. I’m used to not having a real break- but only managing to catch a few minutes here and there for myself is starting to drive me a little loopy. I can’t even escape to the bathroom without 2F wanting to come with me. There’s only so many more times I can play “mummy and baby” where I’m being bossed around and being told what to do for over an hour!
