Tips for a manipulative crier?
Post Body

I nanny two children- a boy, 10, and a girl, 8. The girl is a big fan of crying to try and get what she wants. If I won’t buy her sweets on one of the days that aren’t allocated sweet days, she cries. If she can’t watch TV during dinner, she cries. If she has to come along to her brothers club, she cries. Usually I just ignore her, since reasoning with her doesn’t work, and she’ll force herself to cry harder. Should I bring this up with the parents? Or does anyone have any tactics that I can try in the future?
