I just started a new job with 6moB NK. It’s been pretty easy so far, he naps pretty well and is working on sitting up. I’ve taken him on walks and even a car outing for a nice lake walk near him. However, I have a really hard time talking out loud to him when his parents are around. I feel incredibly awkward and my body physically will not let me talk how I’d normally talk with a baby when his parents are on the same house level. If they are downstairs it’s a little better.

But anyway, what saves me is getting out of the house and I don’t know what we are going to do all day if it’s rainy. I could still take him on walks but I wonder if his parents would want him to be out for too long in the rain (his stroller has a stroller cover) or maybe I could take him to do some type of indoor activity some place? I just don’t know what that would be. Suggestions? Thanks!
