The mom justified $1500 by saying it’s good for a “broke college student” and not having to pay rent is a huge perk (even though I already don’t pay rent by living with my mom, but tbf I would have to to be closer to school). Just want to get people’s opinions because I’m getting so many mixed results by simply looking up live in nanny salaries in Florida. Some say a flat rate is fair, others say that live in nannies should be paid the same as any other nanny. The family is moving to the new place this week so time is of the essence and I’d appreciate any insight!
