It’s my first time babysitting. Does this sound okay?
Post Body

This my first time babysitting. This lady I’m babysitting through care.com texted me an hour ago that she’s gonna come an hour late. I’ve already told her that it was completely fine with me but I forgot to let her know that she’s gonna have to pay me extra for the extra hour. She’s still out but I feel like I should’ve told her that upfront when I responded but anyways this is what I wanna text her:

“Hey hope everything is going good. I forgot to mention that coming in later is going to be another $18 for the extra hour. “

Does this sound nice? How can I make this sound a little nicer? Or is this fine?

Update: It’s 12am. I’m tired but everything went very well. She was 2 hours late but was very apologetic. I got paid my time plus a hefty hefty tip so I’m happy :)) Thank you everyone for the comments and advice!
