Post Body

Although I get paid fairly well 30/hr and I get to travel whenever I want, I just let my NF know, I hate being a nanny. I don’t get sick days, paid vacation, over time pay, or any benefits.

To start off, I don’t feel appreciated. I sometimes feel like I’m just there, especially when they invite their friends over with their kids. It’s like I’m invisible.

In addition the NB, 6 years old, is somewhat a handful. He’s not the best listener, and what gets me soooo irritated is that he cries for any inconvenience. For example, say he’s building, coloring, drawing, and it goes wrong like he messes up or something rips or breaks, he starts crying and screaming. It is so annoying. Idk what to do sometimes. Last time he was eating a cookie and it fell and he started crying. Ugh.

Idk what to do, or what other job I should look for. I’m in college studying child development, but I’m finishing my AA and starting a new career, I really don’t like children anymore.
