Question about Season 2

Hey guys! I just got into the anime today actually and I am really loving it so far, I hear there is going to be a season two and I was a bit confused as to if this 4 week special airing this summer is season 2 or not. It sounds like it's a story that isn't being chalked up as a season two, but I couldn't really find anything that could tell me if this was true or not. Does anyone have more info that they could share? Thanks!
