The chorus sounds like something from Queen, especially the vocal harmonies. Only bit of lyrics I know (or at least think I know) is "love is blind, love is (...)". It is quite uptempo.

https://onlinesequencer.net/3060604 Is the best thing I could due at least rhythm and very rough melody-wise. The first three notes are the "love is blind" and the last three are the part after that. Could "love is (...)", could be something completely different.

That being the only lyrics I know makes looking for "rock song, love is blind" quite useless. Bands I wouldn't be surprised about: Parcels, Queen.
