I'm trying so hard to find a music video from over 8 years ago that was on youtube. I can't remember how much rapping or singing there was or if it was more of a trap music video.

The beat definitely had the sound of the Inspector Gadget theme.

It was a live-action video, with one white guy either singing or rapping a little bit.

There girls doing some choreographed twerking.

I don't believe it was anything really popular, but I remember thinking the video was pretty good. I looked everywhere I can think of and just can't find any reference to it. If I search for Russian choreographed twerking on YouTube, I definitely see some of the videos that I saw around the same time.
