What is the name of this song (not Aerosmith’s Dream On) (Lyrics: Dream on, dream on.)?

I have been trying to find this song but haven’t had luck.
Before anyone asks, no, it is not “Dream On” by Aerosmith, nor a cover of it.
Basically, the song has a female singer and the chorus keeps repeating “Dream on, Dream on . . .” And the emphasis is somewhat stretched with the second “on”.
Does anyone know this song and who sings it? Much appreciated!
