Woman alone in apartment starts hallucinating

Ok, so I saw this movie within the last 5-10 years. The basic plot is a woman alone in an apartment while her SO is away and she starts hallucinating just weird stuff. I want to say there's a bunny in it(?). But I do know, eventually, she starts hurting herself before the SO comes back. It's low budget, artsy, only has like two or three sets, all lit very surreal, and two actors. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?!? I'm kinda going crazy trying to remember the name of this sucker.
