My sister and I remember this animated cartoon movie we used to watch. There was a parrot named Bartholomew who wanted out of his cage. (At a show and tell or something?) and he convinces this little boy to give him ice cream, he then fakes a tummy ache and shivers and his owner (a little girl) gets him out to cuddle and warm him up but then he tricks her and flys away and starts singing a song while flying and evading them getting him. This movie/show is from sometime of the 90-00’s and I loose sleep over being able to picture it in my head but I can think of the name of the movie or show. Please help!
