I'm trying to remember this (probably 90s or 2000s) movie about a group of female vampires that escape their creator and go own to run their own bar. The four scenes I can remember are one of the girls having to bite her own arm off to escape her chains, a guy getting his penis bitten in the bathroom by a vampire, the renfield type character putting in fake fangs to try and bite one of the girls, and the finally where the master vampire tries to summon a kinda lf dragon looking cgi monstrosity.
