Feeling good! I don’t make it inside the gym as much in the summer but that’s because we’re busy enjoying outside. I’ve been replacing gym days with hikes when the weather is nice, and I split and haul wood when we go camping as a substitute for the gym 💪🏻

It’s intense! We source it from fallen trees on nearby islands, cut it into chunks to put in the boat. Then each piece gets hauled uphill down a dirt path to camp
