Hey there! first time posting here. I’ve lost about 50 pounds so far in about 3 months. I cut out sodas, eliminated fast foods, stopped smoking and drinking too. Sticking to a calorie deficit and some fasting has really worked for me. My body has thanked me, I haven’t been sub 300 in years! I even reversed my pre diabetes. Feeling good.
