Day Spa VS Nail Salon

I’ve had my license for 8 years now. I’ve only worked at a nail salon. Family owned. Recently Ive been thinking about working at a day spa.
Some advantages I see are the medical benefits, work hours, and possibly compensation.
I need to weigh the risk because I would be starting over.
Any advice would be appreciated. (Pros/Cons) I would like to hear what is/was your experience working in a Day Spa environment.
