I'm a nail tech of three years, most of which was spent in spas doing simple manis and pedis. Normally I feel pretty good about my work and art but as of recent (especially today), I feel like I suck in my work. I work in a building that's a collective of other independent nail techs and I saw a full set complete with super cute 3D nail art from a neighboring tech and for some reason I just felt really crushed looking at it and comparing it to my work. Does anyone else feel that way in comparing their work and feeling a little stuck? What do you do? Is there educators on Instagram you stand by?
