Need help getting faster at Gel X Removal

Hi there! I've been a nail tech for about 2 years now and the current shop I work at is telling me I need to reduce my gel x removal timing from my 45min to a 30min service. I have different safety bits as well as a coarse carbide bit and I can't seem to shave down my timing. It's making me really frustrated because I personally feel like 45min gives me enough time to thoroughly and gently take off the gel x. What are your tips and tricks?
