Nail growth after being a biter for 10+ years

I grew up being a nail biter since I can remember. But this year I wanted to better myself and I started with my nails. I struggled keeping them even slightly long as they were bendy and kept breaking.
But I started using the correct products and tools to help grow my nails much stronger and I’m so happy where they’re now.
I know they aren’t perfect, but my nails looking decent have boosted my confidence so much and my finger don’t hurt anymore. I’m so happy
