Is there a way to salvage these?

Post Body
I regretfully went and got acrylics yesterday and I’m unhappy with the quality of the work. They’re thick and painful. I don’t want to go back to the same salon because even after asking for fixes this is where we are.
My question: can anything done to fix these at this point? Should I have them removed and start over? I’m concerned about the shape and thickness. I regret letting her damage my natural nail too.
