went to a nail salon i’ve been visiting for over a year (first visit after a 4 month break), had an appointment for 2 pm.

they were busy when i came in, which was understandable and i was willing to wait even past my original appointment time. i started getting upset when they took in 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT CAME IN AFTER ME (3 walk-ins), and kept apologising for making me wait.

when they finally took me in at 3:20 pm, they did everything super fast and didn’t really take time with the shaping.

i came out of the shop an hour later, checked my nails and noticed that they gave me velociraptor claws. (some fingers look good, but the middle and ring fingers are seriously messed up)

i’m seriously so upset… i have never had an issue with this shop. their time management sucks sometimes but i always came out loving my nails.. this whole thing was such an uncomfortable experience… i’m going back in on Wednesday to have them remove and fix them (can’t afford another pair rn so i’m gonna demand it’s for free)

i have been sobbing for like 20 minutes now cause these claws make me feel like i have chicken legs for hands or something. it’s seriously SO bad.
