H1 Thermal Issues

I have a 2070 Super and an i5-9600k. GPU is hitting 83 degrees while playing Halo, around 80 for Civilization VI, and Tekken 7 stays around 50. Is my PC just in a bad spot air flow wise? If I take the panels cover off it goes down to the mid 70s.
