Anybody else have quality control issues in H210?

I just bought a Kraken X52 and an H210 case off Amazon.
Several screws were already stripped, the front plate was bent, the filter wouldn't snap on and the motherboard riser screws had a mix of issues not catching on the case or the included screws not catching on the rise screw.
Is this normal?
