Post Body

Expanding memory on a 2014 manufactured motherboard. Sitting at 16 gb with one 8gb, two 2 gb and one four gb mixed in. Ordered 4 8gb sticks as the motherboard can handle up to 32.

It has an AMD Athlon 2 with triple core 3.1 ghz. Thinking of replacing it with a phenom 2 six core as they have the same chipset.

Graphics card is GeForce 960 2gb on gddr5 and 128 bus width 240 pin. Thinking of upgrading to a 1650 4gb card.

Wouldn't be the premier gaming rig, but would the upgrades be worth it? I also work with Autodesk as well.

Only bad part is none of the chips are compatible with windows 11
