Redditors beware: There is a Samoan mum and her Fijian partner (personal names I will not disclose due to it being an open investigation right now) - they go by “new_couple_27” on Reddit and “quade_burn2020” / “queenkittykatt2” on snap and they are sharing intimate NON CONSENSUAL recordings of their sex encounters with other redditors on here and on snap. They promise that if they can record you, it will just be for their “personal use” to watch again but they actually distribute said recordings to other randoms (when promoting or giving teasers) without our consent (completely different if people have consented to that OR if they are sharing intimate videos of ONLY both of themselves to others but they are sharing these images and videos of either one of them and other redditors they have met up with and have recorded WITHOUT our consent). I have spoken to several people who have been put through this distressing ordeal by this couple and had no idea their videos and images were being shared to other people as they never consented to it. If there is anyone else on here who has experienced the same or have been sold the lie by them that the recordings will be “private and for personal use” only - feel free to reach out. Police have been contacted and any more information will be added to the police file.

Posting intimate visual recording without consent (1) A person commits an offence if the person, without reasonable excuse, posts a digital communication that is an intimate visual recording of a victim— (a) knowing that the victim has not consented to the posting; or (b) being reckless as to whether the victim has consented to the posting.

A person will be charged with a criminal offence for sharing intimate recordings, images or videos of you online without your consent. If found guilty, they can be fined up to $50,000 / 2 years in prison.
